Have you been dismissed from your job?  Was the process fair?  If you believe that it wasn’t you should take action as soon as possible, there is a time limit on appealing against the decision and making a claim.  Depending on why you were dismissed and the process that was followed, you may have redress against the company for unfair dismissal or other compensation.

In either case take advice from an HR Consultant or Employment Law specialist as soon as possible and keep everything that you have in writing, as it is crucial that you can produce proper evidence and show how the process was followed – or not as the case may be!
