QHR Solutions is owned and managed by Ray Howard. Formerly the Chief Executive of East Lancashire Careers Services Limited, Ray has considerable experience in business, HR and personnel services.
As Chief Executive, Ray played a significant role in assisting the East Lancashire Careers Services to win the North of England Business Excellence Award in 2001.
Ray is currently a Non-Executive Director with the Blackpool NHS Trust Board which she joined in November 2002.
Ray has written HR and Personnel policy documents for Public Sector organisations and has been published on the Public Service website which is the Information Portal for the Public Sector.
